Role Overview
We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The role involves assisting customers with their needs, supporting pharmacists with daily operations, and ensuring the smooth running of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle prescriptions and over-the-counter sales.
- Provide information and advice on products and services.
- Support pharmacists with administrative and stock management tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment
Requirements
- Availability to work during the afternoon shifts.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Maltese.
- A pleasant, kind, and approachable personality – we value attitude and customer care above all.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- Previous pharmacy or customer service experience is an asset, but not essential.
